Biography
Ms. Lively is a one-stop partner representative on the Southern Illinois Workforce Investment Board. She represents WIA Title 1B adult, dislocated worker, youth and TAA programs. As Treasurer of the SIWIB, Ms. Lively serves on the Executive Committee. She also serves on the Board Development Committee and as a member of the One-Stop Committee and Youth Council.
